As 2010 inches to a close, I thought I would show some highlights of the year that truly made it an epic one. In January, I toured with Chris Botti and his incredible band and visited 5 states playing ‘Emmanuel’……
I had a bump in my stomach that finally came to meet me in June…..Little did I know how much she would LOVE music!!! Even my scales!!!
The incredible composer, John Corigliano, wrote a special lullaby called ‘Lullaby for Natalie’ that I will be recording this February for eOne Music with fellow mom, Reiko Uchida…
‘Seasons…dreams’ was released and I played in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, celebrating this….I also played a Mozart Concerto with special Wynton Marsalis cadenzas with Louis Langree and the St.Louis Symphony that was a treat.
I saw Jesus Christ at JFK….just making sure you are still paying attention!
It must have been this sighting that got me lucky enough to purchase the ‘Ex-Napoleon/Molitor’ Stradivarius, dated 1697 violin…’Molly’ is sitting next to the ‘Royal Spanish’ Strad, dated 1730 in the pic.
I got to test out ‘Molly’ in Los Angeles playing the Barber Concerto with Maestro James De Priest……and this is after a nasty slip in the shower at the hotel with many ice packs later.

My teacher, the amazing Alice Schoenfeld…….
I tweeted Keith Olbermann and ended up playing on his show a couple days later!!
I also played at the WNYC Gala with Alec Baldwin hosting and he is a huge classical music lover! Love that guy!! Yay!!

Back home, the owl known as Mrs.Owl, was protecting her turf and made sure we knew it. Where is Harry Potter when you need him?
I made sure to keep the baby away from angry Mrs.Owl because we were just getting used to having her around!!!
And that’s it folks!! An amazing 2010!! Thank you all for your support and incredibly kind words…..Looking forward to sharing 2011 with you. See you at YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. XOAnne……..

Wonderful photos…….wish I had seen you and Botti in concert! And that baby is just
beautiful! Happy New Year!
