How Not To Practice Prokofiev….

Recently, I was practicing the Prokofiev Concerto No.1 with my 3 and 5 year old girls running around thinking they were on the Broadway set of their favorite musical, The Lion King. This definitely goes under the title of the absurd-trying to concentrate and practice the wicked cadenza of the concerto while they were busy being Nala. Just another beautiful day in this mommy/concert violinist’s life that I love so dearly….!!
